Lodging ----Cut-Off Date is September 3, 2008 Super-8 Motel, Calvert City, Ky --- Rooms have been set aside for the above dates. Delegates will receive a discounted rate of $54.50 for Kings and Queens. Whirlpool rooms are available at $62.50. Accommodations will be released on September 3, 2008, with any request after this date filled only if space is available, so you must respond quickly! Deposits should be made for the 1st night lodging to obtain a confirmation on your reservation. This can be accomplished at the time of calling by using a major credit card or by sending a check or money order. Credential All Delegates credentials need to be returned so that they may be received not-later-than Monday Sept 17, 2008. Otherwise, you must bring them with you so that you can register on Friday evening at the political meeting Sept 19, 2008. Affiliation All District Lodges and Local Lodges, who have not paid their annual affiliation fee, are reminded that this fee should be paid prior to the start of the Fall Meeting.

Regular And Retirees District 27 Meetings The Regular District meetings are scheduled for every 3rd Friday of the months of January, March, May, July, September and November at 7 p.m. at Local 681, 824 South 2nd Street, Louisville, Kentucky. All machinist members are invited to attend. All Executive Board and Regular Retiree Meetings Are held at Local 681, 824 So. 2nd Street, Louisville, KY 40203.
